BluTru provides post-construction cleaning services. Services may include, but are not limited to: dust removal from surfaces; window and glass cleaning; floor sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping; removal of construction debris and residue; cleaning of cabinets, fixtures, trims, and baseboards; bathroom and kitchen detailing; and final presentation cleaning for turnover. BluTru provides all necessary labor, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Performed before final finishes are fully completed. Includes removal of heavy dust, debris, stickers, trash, and preparation of surfaces for detailed cleaning.
Detailed cleaning phase intended to prepare the property for presentation, inspection, or occupancy.
Final visit intended to prepare the project for turnover or delivery to the owner/client. BluTru will not continuously return to the property due to foot traffic or dust created after the Final Clean. Additional visits outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Submitting a service request does not guarantee service availability; a team member will reach out to confirm scheduling. The Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property and utilities as needed, and to coordinate scheduling to minimize interference with other trades on site.
The Client shall inspect the completed cleaning work within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. If the Client identifies any legitimate cleaning deficiencies related to the contracted scope of work, the Client must notify BluTru within this 24-hour period. BluTru is not responsible for re-cleaning areas that become dirty after completion due to ongoing construction activity, foot traffic, or material deliveries.
BluTru shall not be held responsible for damages, dust, debris, or cleanliness issues caused by other subcontractors, vendors, laborers, or third parties working on-site during or after cleaning services are performed. BluTru is not responsible for existing damages present before cleaning, scratches or defects caused by construction activities, or damage resulting from defective surfaces or improper curing.
For first-time clients, a non-refundable twenty percent (20%) down payment is required before scheduling or beginning work. Remaining balance is due per the terms stated in the applicable Service Agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Any services requested outside the agreed scope of work may require a written change order and may result in additional charges.
The Client agrees to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Delays caused by incomplete construction or unready job sites may require rescheduling and may incur additional costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluTru's total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. BluTru shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Information submitted through our forms (such as name, contact details, and project information) is used solely to provide and manage our services and to communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.

BluTru may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
